Cultural Brailling

Cultural brailling was introduced by Faith Popcorn, an American Forecaster. It explains the way stores would communicate to the customers to get in and how to get them to look at their products. Beneath is a mood board i created on the basic knowledge of cultural brailling.

It explains how a shop would use a variety of techniques to persuade the customers to go into their shops and encourage them to stay. This can be through lighting, music, layout and customer service.

Customers are encouraged to go into shops when they see big red reduction sale signs, the colours used in this also matter as they are alerting to the customers and they would expect good sales in there.
